DIANE M. PERRY, P.A., Broward and Palm Beach Counties, FL President/Partner

Areas of legal practice include Divorce and Family Law, Paternity and Child Support, Child Support Enforcement and Civil Litigation. She has extensive experience representing the Department of Revenue (DOR), Child Support Enforcement for the collection, establishment and modification of child support as well as paternity establishment. Ms. Perry has represented numerous parties in contempt and child support proceedings and modification proceedings, in addition to contested relocation matters.

Additional areas of practice are Real Estate transactions, both residential and commercial, issuing title insurance, in addition to drafting real estate contracts and residential and commercial leases as well as handling closings and refinancing of properties. She worked extensively as a realtor in Florida prior to obtaining her law degree.

For the period of 1987-1990, Ms. Perry was employed by Pershes & Schwartz, P. A., formerly Peckar, Abramson & Pershes, in Plantation, FL as a Senior litigation Associate. Her areas of expertise were commercial litigation, family law, real estate transactions, mechanics lien law, surety insurance defense law, and Arbitrations.

From 1979 to 1990, Ms. Perry was licensed as a Realtor/Broker-Salesman; selling and leasing residential and commercial real properties.
